Human soluble α-Klotho Assay Kit--27998
α-Klotho基因1997年由日本科学家Kuro-o等在类似人类衰老的突变小鼠中发现。而后，在包括人类在内的各物种中鉴定了α-Klotho基因序列。α-Klotho蛋白是一种130kDa的单跨膜蛋白，研究证实其在肾脏和甲状旁腺中表达。α-Klotho被认为是慢性肾病（CKD）和阿尔兹海默症（AD）检测的重要生物指标。

Gd-IgA1 Assay Kit--27600
IgA肾病是我国乃至全球最常见的原发性肾小球疾病，也是中青年终末期肾病(end-stage renal disease，ESRD) 患者的首要病因。IgA肾病是由于外源性或内源性免疫复合物肾小球沉积所导致的。多项研究表明，IgA1糖基化异常对IgA肾病发病具有重要作用。IgA1是血清蛋白中比例较少的一种O-连接糖基化的糖蛋白，O-多聚糖位于IgA的铰链区，由半乳糖、N-半乳糖胺和唾液酸等构成。IgA肾病患者循环IgA1的部分O-多聚糖中半乳糖缺乏。而且，IgA肾病患者肾小球系膜免疫沉积物洗脱物中含有半乳糖缺乏的IgA1(galactose-deficient IgA1,Gd-IgA1)。基于Gd-IgA1可能的病理作用，血清Gd-IgA1水平的定量分析可能成为IgA肾病的非侵入性诊断手段。
日本IBL公司的Gd-IgA1试剂盒利用单克隆抗体可以特异性地识别人Gd-IgA1中半乳糖缺陷地铰链序列，这种试剂盒是一种不依赖凝集素地检测方法，并且可以定量测定人血清中地Gd-IgA1。由于稳定性良好，该试剂盒同样适用于大规格研究。
